Founded by Nasia Seria, a Chartered Accountant (SA) and Harvard alum, the firm builds on two decades of experience at Goldman Sachs, Barclays Africa, MTN Fintech, and Liberty Holdings — advising clients on governance transformation, risk strategy, and investment in emerging markets.
